Tae Bo. eating right and still no weight loss

Post by Karrin82 »

I have been working out now to tae bo for about 1.5 weeks. I have changed eating habits and eat healthy. Actually I have been eating healthy for a year now. Last Feb through June I lost 50 pounds, I went from 200 to 150 pounds. I kept it off all year i started to excercise again at the beginning of this year and lost an additional 7 to ten pounds. I have now stopped smoking for about 2 months now and find that i have gained back 20 of those pounds. I do Tae bo every morning and I eat right as in fruit or eggs in the morning. a fiber one bar for snack. A sanwich on wheat or a salad for lunch and a normal proportioned dinner. What an I doing wrong? PLease help me. I want to loses these 20 pounds I have gained.

chances are you're eating more to fit the cigarette void whioch is good but the bad thing is that your doing the same exercise over and over meaning you're burning way less, if any, cals compared to the 1st time you did it so you're no where near burning more cal's then your taking in
