Outside Pec Exercise?
Hey, I noticed pecs look a little weaker on the outside right beside the shoulders than the rest of the pec. I use a couple cable exercises, chest press and push ups to work them (dont like bench so much because I have long arms and bad shoulders) so I hit them in a bunch of ways but the outsides are kind of lacking. Is there any specific way to hit them? I do the inside lower and upper but am apperantly not doing the outside enough. Thanks.
try wide grip benched which are easier on the shoulders as the wt will need to be lower with no lockout between reps, fly variations keeping arms as wide as you can and only raising up 1/2 way...search HSS 100 Chest by Christian Thiab...(cam never remeber how to spell his name( i think he jas some uniques combo exercises for chest which may help you...if you can't find it reply and i'll paste the link here
