hey guys, been reading a few topics about the waterbury method so im thinking ill give it a try..but i had a few questions...first, how do i find out what is 1RM.....and also if the running part is going to make me lose the 13lbs i managed to put on the last 1 1/5 months(which i dont want to lose cause im 5 11 and 154lbs jeje).......any feedback on the method by someone who has done it would be helpful....thanx guys.
don't worry about the % in there go by the rep max (RM) estimates so if it sdays to do 10 x 3 w/ a 5rm, use a wt you can 5 - 6 reps with by yourself...this goes for all exercises
