Help me loose fat and loose weight... :( its getting bad...

Post by omarr »

Hello.

At one point of life i was at a good size.. then i started working, and eating chips, chocolate having coke, and all that stuff got to me.. i am now. at 96KGS. and 186cms tall. i have alot of fat.... i want to loose weight.

If i maintain a good diet, eat Breakfast, lunch and dinner around 7pm. what is the best time to goto gym
i work from 10:30am to 7pm..... meaning fitting in gym is hard... whats the best time for me to go... what if i was to do cardio in the morning (treadmill) then after 7pm, after dinner, goto the gym, do 10 minutes cardio warm up and do weights on different body parts..... is it okay to split workout times.....

heres diet plan
Morning, Oats and milk with a piece of fruit.

Lunch, chicken sandwhich on 9 grain bread with yogurt or a pice of fruit.

Dinner, Either chicken breast with snowpeas and brocli.

snacks: Anything non fatty.

Is this a good thing to do? anything better?

for exercise. usually i'd think 30 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes something else would be enough for cardio..
for weights, i do Only freeweight workouts...

Thank you... im a first timer btw. :)

Best options for you.

(1. Hit the Gym around 8:00AM, leave no later than 9:15. Have some sort of Protein and Carb shake afterwards, or a Carb free shake, and a solid, high GI slow digesting Carb source.

2. Go home after work eat, train about 30 minutes later, don't exceed 1hr 15 in the Gym, then have some kind of shake and go home.)

heres diet plan
Morning, Oats and milk with a piece of fruit.

(Have the Fruit first, wait about 10-15 minutes for it to start digesting properly, then eat the Oatmeal. You need more Protein, so you might be wise to incorporate things like bits of Chicken, Turkey or Egg Whites as examples.)

You need something in the morning here with Protein and Carbs, so your body doesn't end up going hungry for 1-2 hours between meals, which 4-5 hour meal spaces can cause.)

Lunch, chicken sandwhich on 9 grain bread with yogurt or a pice of fruit. (That's fine, but make sure you space the Fruit as per earlier)

You need something in the afternoon here with Protein and Carbs, so your body doesn't end up going hungry for 1-2 hours between meals, which 4-5 hour meal spaces can cause.)

Dinner, Either chicken breast with snowpeas and brocli. (Seems fine)

snacks: Anything non fatty. (Defer to earlier comments)

- best time to go is when it suits you
- can do 2/sessions a day but i'd rasther you do 3 wts sessions and 2 cardio sessions all on their own days
- need to see your snacks...in fact they all should be meals...snacks are shit

Welcome! I wish you blessings on your journey.

I don't have much to add other than to say that this is going to be a difficult thing to do. All things worth doing are difficult in one way or another. Realize that everyone has trouble going to the gym, and that you're exercising abnormal discipline by getting there! That should help you some... normal is fat, remember that! We're not gonna be normal for long bro!
