your better off doing dips (bar or bench) or close grip bench preses as you can use more wt

better yet heavy benches and shoulder presses

I also find its rather strenuous on the lower back if you try to do that triceps exercise with the dumbbell over your head. I agree that for heavier weights you should use one of the many other exercises for your tris. Heres a great site that has detailed exercises for all muscles.

http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html

Just click on the exercise body map. Then click on the area of the body you wanna work on and it will list several exercises for it. Complete with moving illustrations showing correct form.

Its really quite simple

1) In the left column of the page under the heading "exercise body map", click on (if you are a )

2) that takes you to a page with pictures of a body. Just put your mouse over the picture on the muscle or area you want to work and click it.

3) That takes you to a page with the muscles name on top (you can click this for a picture of the muscle highlighted in detail) and several exercises for that muscle listed underneath.

4) Click on an exercise and it shows you a flash video of the proper form along with written instructions.

It doesnt get much simpler. C'mon Tanner exercise the muscle in your head also.
