I'm 17 and roughly 6'', here's a pic of me couple weeks ago (it was taken as a joke but i guess it's usefull here): http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/5161 ... 198zk6.jpg
I went to lift at friends on and off throughout the summer but i recently started going to the gym pretty religously. It's probably been about 2 weeks since i've been going, spending about 2 hours a day and usually focusing on 2 muscle groups, sometimes doing a full body workout, with abs every time. I try to do a weight that i can do about 8-12 reps with control, but still forcing me to push myself. I weigh about 150 ( scale is broken and i haven't weighed myself in a bit) so i'm basically skin and bones. I'm trying gain more definition and strength. I take whey protein (17 grams w/ vitamins) before and after i lift and i eat healthy. It's probably too early to expect any results but i wanted to know if i'm on the right track, thanks in advance.

-eat A LOT. and eat TO GAIN.
-if you want to stay in the gym for 2 hours(not recommended), might as well train your whole body.
-the best thing to do is to train 1 hour training only 3 muscle groups(chest, back and triceps).
-and 3 or 4 times a week in the gym is pretty common, so might as well go with that.
-if you want to GAIN, REST is important. take a day off after every workout.
-and remember, EAT HEALTHY and EAT PLENTY.
.peace.
