Hello eveyone I need some advice on a good back workout please help.

Out of interest why just Back, or are you training other muscles, but find Back training seems ineffective?

chin-ups/pull-ups!

and of course want to know what Boss Man asked.

Naw i needed something new to add to back and bicep day...i appreciate the info.

"pull ups
chin ups
chest supported rows (regulaur, db alternating, db holding 1 in contracted position and doing all reps with 1 arm then switching)
t bar rows
seated rows
standing cable rows (lo, hi, medieum setting)
straight arn pulldowns
db rows
bent rows

there's no advanced exercise really, basically the more wt you can use the more advanced YOU are not the exercise
