like he says, you can get everything you need for the wheels from home depot for about $20

i love em, worked up to about 20 reps from knees then started adding weight. still haven't come close to a full roll out.

there can be pain in the back if your form suffers and shoulders will get sore as well but other than that i've had no problems
LOL, I got one for $10, already made.
Sorry, LOL again, can't help it.

False comparison Katie . You're American I think and D is Canadian, so you'd have to use something like Oanda, and compare USD to CND, to see if you truly have a claim over that thing.

Eggs are good.
I like this ab wheel. Stronger cores gonna help squat in the long run, but I always have eggs in the fridge.

you could have more eggs,

for abs Wheel, there is the BB roll too and plank, stomach vaccum, etc.

I can't have more eggs, 6 a day is enough, otherwise I might start clucking (that's 5 whites and 1 egg, before someone flames me).
Still like the wheel better. Works the triceps and traps too.

Overhead Press, work on abs, shoulders and traps
Squat works on abs quads and calves.
Deadlift works on abs back and hips and arms and lats
Push-Ups works on your abs, chest, triceps and shoulder
Bent Over DB Rows works on abs, biceps and back.
Need more ?

This is only some little example on how I can replace easily ab wheel,

and I eat 4 whole eggs+16egg whites so I need more eggs again.

Always a pleasure arguing a bit about ... ABS WHEEL ahah

ive got a back ache from it. evrytime i sneeze oer cough it back aches. its in teh upper back. dont know wethers its the muscle or teh backbone. anyway. evrytime i finish ab wheel routine i kinda like have tiny red dots on face. around the eye. chin. evrywhere around face to chest. i think its like i popped blood cappilaries?light inner bleeding maybe. and evrytime i finish a set, i get a very red face and red eyes because ab wheel requires you to kinda hold your bretahe when you go down to contract the abs and added to teh point where the head has to be tucked to the chest where pressure kicks in and more blood flows to the head area

Sounds plausible. I don't like Abs wheel too mcuh. Never used it, but it can initiate Back and shoulder discomfort in some cases. At the very least you need a good level of build before you use it. People with less than 1 years solid lifting should beware of Abs wheels, they may present problems you don't realise until they've happened.

you're not strong enough to use it then...follow this progression:

1 - swissball roll out from knees
2 - partial ab wheel roll out from knees
3 - full range of motion roll out from knees

add in holds each rep if you can't make the next progression

it shouldn't hurt your upper back except for maybe your thoracic spine is too stiff for when you fully extend your shoulders/arms...popped capillaries??? ah probably not...nothing requires you to hold your breathe except drowning so breath as normal

im doing teh progression where u use the wall. i think its lower back that hurts. not the upper. cant really differentiate them.
