college kid here, bout 5'8, but weight 170. I have some extra flab, mainly in gut, but not like fat. I'm looking to get into some decent shape, but mainly lose weight.
I have a bench and no way to do legs lifts besides the leg curl thing on the bench. I don't mind running, but something inside like jumping roping seems better for me.
Any basic ideas for a workout plan, like 4-5 days a week?

search bulgarian split squats and glute ham raises for legs...rows, benches, pull ups and shoulder presses will do for upper body...add in whatever abs you like but make them hard ones where you can only get 10 - 15 at most...do this 3 x week and you'l be fine...stiff leg deadlifts can also be out in...oh and deadlifts doing them 1st sctually as heavy as you can but with perfect form
