I had a six pack when I was probably 12 or so. I'm not a body builder, I'm not sure how they got there.

I saw a programme once with a training Russian gymnast, who was a 9 year old boy, and had a partially visable 6-pac, not just low bf%, but he looked like he had a dinky little 6-pac.

I never would have thought that of Russians, but I know they train their gymnasts, like balls to the wall hard

I think he means newbies asking questions about stuff without checking to see if the same info has been posted before.

Personally I don't find asking previously asked questions a problem, unless you get say 2-3 people every month, coming on saying "how much Protein should you take after workouts", or some such commonly asked question.

That's why these sites exist, for people to ask questions, otherwise they might as well just surf the net for about 40 minutes, find a couple of articles on Google, and stick them in favourites.

So for me questions are fine, as long as they're not really stupid ones like, " mate says Creatine will shrink your dick, can it?"

Oh yes people, that's been asked before :P.

To be honest, I prefer people once every 3+ months or so to ask a question again, as some ones like "how do you load Creatine?", don't require a massive answer anyway, and the downside of telling people to do more research, read stickies yada, yada, yada, is that eventually you'll get piss poor levels of activity, because half the stuff most people ask, is not being asked, because it's there, archived and stickied.

Then the reduced activity, leads to retarded spammers taking over, if they think there's poor activity, and their crap won't get zapped 30 seconds later.

Plus you'll always get someone moaning, the search function is a load of balls, and it only found about 3 related topics, none of which explained what they want to know.

You also get people who say, writing stuff like "read the stickies" a lot, comes across as anti-social.

So you just answer what you can, for those who choose to not answer the same old standards time immomorial, they cna always pretend it hasn't cropped up again, and someone else who isn't too fussed, can do it for them.

And thus some kind of harmony or Status Quo, is maintained
