hi need some help with abs

Hi all im Simon im lookin for some help i whant a 6 pack rly bad but i got this stubborn lover fat right under button and i need some help how to get rid of it with in 2 - 3 months plz some one help i dont need a crazy 6 pack i just whant that fat gone :evil:

i Work out about 6-7 times a week about 30mins to 1 hr i do lower body and upper body on dif days and also cardio but the fat does not go away

Abs are just as easy to work as every other muscle!! A lot of individuals neglect to remember that the eccentric phase (stretching) the muscle while doing the exercise is crucial. Try to use a Bosu ball it is the half ball. Place it in the lower back and lay down (Supine position) parallel to the floor. The movement is more or less like an Accordion, the bosu will be the support and allow your upper and lower half to drap around the bosu. Then bring them both together for a crunch. í dont think a lack of crunches is the problem here...


what are you eating?

training 7 days is a week tells me your not training hard enough really either...post entire training program

I agree, if you are working out 6-7 times per week, then you really must not have a very high intensity workout. Ofcoarse, when it comes to that stubborn lower fat, only diet will cure this problem. Of coarse, you must continue to workout as well. Focus on a much lower fat diet, try staying less than 50g of total fat per day, and you should see that stubborn fat dissapper slowly.
