I've been using scale to try to keep track of body fat content now that i'm in a good workout rythum. Its one of those fansy scales that uses low end electrical impulses to find out how much body fat % you have, and while I know its not perfect, it is what I have. I've noticed that when I wake up, i'll have a 20-21% body fat%, but when I come home from work it'll be at 17ish%. The weight does change by like a pound or two (i'm assuming water weight, or maybe coffee weight in case :X), but certainly not anything close enough to be that much of a difference.
Does anyone know why there is such a difference from when I first wake up and from when I come home from work? Which would be the best time to take an accurate measurement?
Thank you folk in advance!

Weight can fluctuate daily for many reasons, namely water retention, undigested food, Excreta and Urine levels too. If you weigh in the morning with an empty Stomach, and a fairly empty Bladder and Colon, tht's why you'll get a differing reading from the one obtained later on.
Although I wouldn't measure weight that fgrequently if at all, or you might too obsessive about it.
