moving on

Post by petboy »

For two weeks i have been putting info in another tracking site called fitNRG but have become so fed up with all the bugs and other problems that crop up on a daily basis i'm thinking of changing to shapefit. I've been looking at this site and putting a few foods and exercises in to see how it works and so far i like it one thing that would be nice is a time stamp on food entrys as when you eat is as important as what you eat.
With fitnrg I found that appart from 2 or 3 people no one comunicated much it would only take two minutes to read the entire contents of the forum, custom foods changed there values all by themself so had to be entered again, and i'm sure the foods in the main database were at it as well as some of them seemed wildly inaccurate even allowing for differences between brands ect. I could go on but cant be bothered what i realy want is peoples opinions about shapefit & fittracker the good and the bad points i can already see that people comunicate more here so thats a plus already. Thanks

I haven't used the Tracker that much, I checked it for one or two things just to test functionality, but that was more out of curiosity. I don't tend to log things like that, as I'm happy monitoring things myself.

Personally I really like this site. Yes I'm a little biased, but I've heard of other things like Fitday spewing up innaccuracies, and to be honest one of the big things will be your own personal experiences.

We know what we think, but only you can truly know if something works for you, so tak eyour time ot really get acquainted with the whole site, and hopefully you really like you what you see.

It's good to see you around, and I appreciate what you're asking.

Take care.
