Hi

I'm almost 16yrs old and about 135 pounds.
I would like to get bigger arms and forearms. I have an access to a a small gym with cable machines and ez bars.

How should i work out? Which exercises? How many reps per set and how many sets are appropriate? Is more reps/sets with lighter weights better or less reps/sets with heavier weights? What muscles are exercised by doing push ups?

you need to get bigger everwhere to get bigger arms...forearms are genetic more than anything so if they're not big now they probably won;t be...that being said you'r probably a young'in so you'll grow anyway
