When I read workout routines it seems that I really cant find one that supports All upper body workout for Mon. Wed. Fri., I do the same routein each day for mon wed and fri. It is an all around workout that works Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulder, Back and Trapezius every Mon Wed and Fri.
Is this a good workout to do on those days

Is this overkill

It seems that most workouts I read about will like do Chest once a week
