you need solids, and your body doesnt absorb all the vitamins just part of it.

Some absorb better than others. Some also caintain more content than others as well, which isn't always truthfully displayed on the packaging.

BaHaha,
DianaB, you crack me up!

"Food, just eat it!"

Really dude, I'm a chick, I know all about trying to drop weight quick! I have been there and done it all. Yeah, all!

So I have found the best way to drop weight is to stay dedicated and self disciplined.

Have you heard of SouthBeach? --It's effective. Stop with the sugar and carbs, go whole foods for a bit. If you’re willing to have NO food for days, than you can go with limited variety!

Have fun, be real and eat. It's good for the system. 8)

Just eat your regular meal, and take a multivitamin as well, just make sure to only take the serving size.

Are you saying that you believe that with 8 different meals a day with different fruits/proteins/veggies sources every time, you think you won't have all your needed vitamins ?

Mutli-vits don't always digest that well, some do some don't.

You could try consumerlabs.com for an unbiased review of many brand name muti-vits, if you're concerned about digestability, or whether some have less micronutrients, or smaller amounts of some, than others multis do.

I wouldn't advise anyone to go above 1 muti a day, first thing, 1/2 would be better. You just don't need that much of a micronutrient boost, and if you take too many you could cause toxicity of certain micronutrients, most notably things like Fat soluable Vitamins, A,D,E and K, and also possibly Copper and Selenium, which can cause issues at high enough levels, (Selenosis from Selenium can in severe cases be fatal), but also some Micros like Copper and Zinc, or Iron and Zinc also, I believe compete at high enough levels, which is not beneficial for the body, so scoffing multivits all day long, is not a sensible solution to a slight lack of certain Micronurients.
