hi there

from understanding i gather its hard to loose body fat in some partyicular areas becaise your body tends to retaing fat there and only there...no place else..maybe thats why you not looosing fat so fast in the area

but you have mentioned that you have lost in some other areas which is sooo good
I AM OVERWEIGHT..i satrted with a programme 5 weeks ago..i slipped in the middle but i am still carryiong on with it....i havent seen major changes in ohysique but thinking has changed drastically...
i am more open frabnk with weight loss to other people now......
motivation is me......if i start thinking i cant do it i wont....
thoughts make a lot of diffrence....think positive and you will do fine....just a bit more and you will reach your destination......

postiovie thoughts create positive enrgy and brings positive results......thats what i think everytime i feel motivated...
so think"YOU WILL DO IT SOON"

looking at yourslef in the mirror should be motivating enough i'd think...don't get pissed off about, do something about it...eat better, train better, rest better

Hey there. I totally understand your frustration. Sometimes it seems like the progress doesn't come fast enough and changes aren't extreme enough. Please don't lose motivation! If you do all your hard work will be lost and then you'll really be frustrated. Maybe change up your routine a bit and see if that helps. You could also write down your goals so that you can remember why your working so hard. Have you had your body fat tested? You might do that too so you can measure your results in numbers. That always helps me.

I hope this helps! Keep your chin up and keep up the hard work! You'll get there eventually! Sometimes it just takes a little longer than we'd like. :)

the thing is that all inches stayed the same but i do feel less fat on the lower back. but i've gained weight instead of losing weight! i really don't understand why i'm gaining weight. i am lifting weight but it shouldn't grow muscle that fast. all i want is to lose the fat i have on body.

Thats great that you gained so much muscle so dont give up but if its fat you want to lose then you need to up your cardio work and increase your protein intake =]
Dont be discouraged you can do it !! Easy !!
