Replenishment After Workout Induced Vomit
So during speed training session today I pushed it a little too far and yeah, which led to me thinking of this. Anyways, I was wondering what the ideal things to eat would be to replenish your body after you vomit. I know that hydration, especially if you've been sweating as well is absolutely critical, but as far as the rest goes, should it be more carbs than usual or just a normal post-workout meal?
