Hi im new to the forum and id just wanted to ask a few questions:
Well first of all at birth i had some neurological damage along spinal cord (hornes syndrome), and well after years of physiotheraphy (since) ive done quite well and all that the damage has left is a partially paralysed left hand and and just a bit of weakness on left side muscle.
A few year ago i also gained quite a bit of weight (84 kg at 5,5) but last year well i decided to shed it and went all the way to (55 kg at 5,6) but that was a bit too thin if you know what i mean so im at 64 kg naw at 5,7 , but i lost that weight through cardio and quite a lot of dieting so just this year ive began to work out to tone up.
but as i mentinoned before lefyt side is weaker and now im noticing some of right bit are larger tham left eg: calf and arm.
so id be greafful for some advice on how to make i more symetrical ( just work more on left side than on the right one?

congradulations on getting past your difficulties and shedding the weight! Keep working at it and I'm sure you'll accomplish the results you want.
I agree with swanso, dumbbell work, and work to the weaker side weight wise. curls, kickbacks, dumbbell bench, one legged squats and toe raises, lighter cardio and lean towards sprints. (high cardio will keep the muscles smaller).
Good luck.

lol swanso, actually I like them and have always had great results from them, but you're right, dips are better, closed grip bench, etc. but with the differences from side to side for him I figure these could add some strength and size and keep the arm isolated from the other. Guess he could do skull crushers too.
