this is what i eat through out the day
kashi cereal
fiber one yogurt
regular yogurt
2 apples
1 banana
around 20 cherries
1 grape fruit
half avacado every other day
2 South Beach Protein Cereal Bars
1 fiber one bar
salad: fresh Express 50/50 mix(baby spinach, baby lettuce, radichio, frisee, and other leafy green vegetables)
kashi pizza
legumes every other day
1 egg every other day
2 galsses of milk (1%)
2 slices of weight watcher whole wheat bread
some cheese
beef(lean) or chicken(breast) or fish once a day, small protion.
and water
am i eating right?

What exactly are your goals?
Hmm.. You're diet looks ok... not great but not too bad either. You're eating a lot of processed foods with all of those cereal bars and alot of sugar with the yogurt, fruit, bars, and milk. I would recommend replacing some of that fruit with some more veggies and replacing some of those cereal bars with less processed foods if possible.
