weight gain
hi im trying to gain weight and muscle mass. I've been eating healthy and exercise 6 times a week. Does any one have any suggestions?
Let us know what sort of stuff regards training and diet you do. So we don't suggest things you already do.
I will say though for now, that if you do already, don't exceed 90 minutes on your weights, and if possible, try to max at 70-75 minutes for weights workouts.
Also don't exceed 30 minutes on Cardio. You need to make sure you don't sacrifice muscle mass with Cardio burn, so about 3 times a week should be enough, to help you maintain an acceptable level of Cardiovascular health.
Other than that, without any additional info from you, I pwersonally don't want ot offer any more pointers / tips, until I'm better informed, incase, (as I said), I suggest things you're already doing.
