hi everybody i'm trying to lose weight & be strongerheres routine
bicep curls
tricep ext.
db bench press
db rows upright rows
squats
db flys
bb rows
lunges
shoulder press
bb rows
3 x 8 circuits

well you can't get much of both at the same time and you won't get any of either doing curls, ext and flies...just do thw waterbury method, add in a day of sprints, eat better and you'll be fine
