Does anyone know if it is against the rules to post links here?

It depends on the links, and the frequency of the links.

If the person is posting links to sites with a money making angle, like supplements, Yoga Equipment etc etc, then no.

If the person is linking to a not for profit site, like one that gives exercise info for example, but the person is adding multiple links to different parts of the site all the time then no.

If the link is to a site about workouts, health information, comedy sites, a you tube video, (that doesn't advocate buying things), etc etc, then fine, and the person can link to something like that, via their signature or the little WWW logo on their posting box, providing they link to one part only, then yes, the link may stay permanently.

Hopefully that makes sense.

Hi Boss Man, Ok, I wanted to be sure not to break any rules. Someone sent me an interesting article on cardio and I wanted to post it and get some opinions. Thank you. Have a good weekend.
