New But Willing!

Post by rybak_1102 »

Hey name is Sara, and I was just wondering whats your favorite cardio work out and why!?! I'm not really sure what I want to do for cardio work outs! Just a few tips and suggestions would be nice!

Thanks :)

Me personally I only ever use an Exercise bike. Keeps the weight off the lower body. I do walk sometimes when I have to go to the Gym, or do other stuff, for more intensive stuff usually Bike, sometimes a bit of boxing.

best cardio for fat loss:

3min warm up at 50% intensity

1min as fast as you can
1min at 50 - 60% intensity x 5 cycles

walk at about 30% x 2mins

10 - 20mins jogging at about 50 - 60%

this would work great outside but can be used on any cardio piece

for me HIIT is hands down the favorite. doesn't take a ton of time to do and results are quick in coming. only problem is, IT SUCKS!! sprints are not fun at all, but it's worth it

For me nothing beats just hitting a road or track and running, whether it be a long jog or sprints. I always find that nothing gets me in shape better than actually running.

i heard that running does make you loose muscle to an extent. we have to limit our cardio to about 30min at a time and keep in mind that jogging is better than running. to keep the muscle you've built, we have to make sure to continue incorporating strength training to your workout routine.

I really want to know whether i am right...:)...as i heard ..i dont really go for running since i want to maintain the muscle also. i do jumping rope, jagging & walking for cardio

yeah....as per opinion..running means kind of sprinting..jogging means to run at a slow regular speed.

Am I right?
