I am truely sorry but there is no way to spot reduce other than breast reduction surgery or liposuction. Your absolute best and healthiest and non-obtrusive way to reduce overall body fat percentage is through diet and excercise. All other ways are not healthy or recommended despite commercials, advertisements etc, etc.

1st and formost if you go to the forum diet and nutrition and read the sticky about "read this before posting" and then return with questions.

2nd we will need to know your current diet and times you eat, if you excercise, what it is and how often. Experience with excercise and what equipment, if any that you have available to you. Obviously as of right now you would prefer the privacy of your own home from reading your post.

I hope I didn't scare you off in the first paragraph but it is essential to understand you can't spot reduce. Also, remember it took you how long to get to where you are?, it will take a while to get to where you want to go. Absolute maximum it will take will be about 20 wks at a .5 kg per week.

Here is some small advice though, get rid of the scale and purchase a tape measure and a camera. Measure your body every 2 weeks and take a front, side and back picture. The measurements you should take are in the tracking system on this site.

Please don't be daunted, it is wonderful to see you make the first and hardest step to a healthier and happier you. Great for you!

Cheers

Others will post to this soon and you will have a great support group here to answer questions and learn from. Please stick around and let us know how you are doing!

hi , i am very thankful to you, that you have revised situation

i would like to tell you that, recently i have been through a website named www.loosemanboobs.com. here i read that it is possible to get rid of these man boobs easily without surgery. it has also told that this can happens to even thin peoples, so it is nowhere related to the obesity or fat. but, instead they said that it is related to the hormonal disbalance in the body of the person. it also suggested that there are some special excercises to reduce the fat from the chest especiallyand they can be exercised at home.

please review this website and tell me if this is possible, i am saying it to you because i think that you are a proffessional trainer.......

waiting for your reply..

I'm not a professional trainer but swanso5 is. Excercise and diet is the way to go. "manboobs" is just fat deposit like the "beergut". Time, diet and exercise can deal with both.

More muscle = higher metabolism
higher metabolism = more fat consumed by body
to get more muscle means weights
to help your heart, sprints and some cardio
to help overall health, your diet

Remember, it didn't occur overnite to get to where you are now so don't expect it to change back overnite. Time + effort = results

Cheers
