-first do a little research online and you will see that results are achieved with a good diet and exercise routine. Results would be the same without these pills.

- do you consider wasting money a side effect?
-Ephedrine (now banned in the US) has been the only Fat-loss drug to show any results (1/3 of a pound more per week.) In opinion a waste of money

- You need to be 18 to order most products and there isn't anything more important than diet

I found this excerpt somewhere:

Who has the responsibility for ensuring that a dietary supplement is safe?

By law , the manufacturer is responsible for ensuring that its dietary supplement products are safe before they are marketed. Unlike drug products that must be proven safe and effective for their intended use before marketing, there are no provisions in the law for FDA to "approve" dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they reach the consumer. Also unlike drug products, manufacturers and distributors of dietary supplements are not currently required by law to record, investigate or forward to FDA any reports they receive of injuries or illnesses that may be related to the use of their products.[/b]

That was me.

I don't mind casual swearing, but sometimes peeps get a bit frequent with the casual, and big bold too, and because there are young people who use this site, and possibly some women members who might get a bit offended, with a leeedle too much casual swearing, expecially in big bold text, I sometimes on a few occasions like this one, do a bit of housekeeping, to just keep the casual swearing a little more low key.

Don't want newbs thinking a few folks have potty mouth and getting put off.

Like I say I don't mind the casual stuff, but sometimes I feel I need to prune a little of it, incase the levels creep up a bit, and some people get offended, or put off from posting.

I'm sure folks will understand :).

Stacker 4. Ephedra Free. Really works. Not supposed to be for under 18's. I'm 17 and I take it and I can handle it but I'm used to high intakes of caffeine. For your age I wouldn't recommend taking anything but some protein and vitamins but research it and see what you think.

The fact you can handle it and high Caffeine amounts, doesn't mean you should be taking it, or having high caffeine amounts.

It still vasoconstricts bloodvessels, and stimulates the Heart amongst other things. Frankly, I would consider stopping using it, or cutting Caffeine, or use Decaff Coffee, because Caffeine is not great, and isn't good for anything.

Well I won't be apologising for writing it as I am currently battling Anorexia + I dont need anyone telling me what I do isn't good for me because yes I know I'm possibly killing myself. Point is, they asked + they got an answer. Please don't condescend to me when I'm trying hardest already. K. Thnx.

No with respect you're misunderstanding, I'm not condescending you, if you feel that was the case, I apologise, I was referring to the high Caffeine intake not the Fat products. Caffeine won't kill you, but it can affect things like mineral absorption amongst other things etc etc, but that's just by the by.

Obviously I didn't know you were Anorexic, and I certainly wouldn't ask you to apologise for anything, you have nothing to apologise for, but this site will do what we feel we can for you, to help you get over your battle.

It's not place to sit here calling people names, or giving people tags them for any kind of physical state. I will sometimes tell people respectfully if for example they're trying ot lose weight, if their diet is wrong, and what they coulddo to change that, but don'ty sit there telling people to stop being stupid, or idiotic for example, it's the aim of this site to help people, not slap them down.

I merely told you the things about caffeine, incase you were unaware of them, and certainly you just like anyone, deserves respect and unless you showed me none, (which you haven't), you would get that respect.

Like I say, I was unaware you were Anorexic, and I empathise about your situation. I appreciate you're going through a hard time, and I sincerely wish you well, like I say, we'll be here for you however we can, and I appreciate the manner of your response, and I hope you can find a better outcome in life.

Good luck, and thank you for your honest response. I hope I've explained thigns from perspective :) .
