focus on quality not time...once your speed slows down about 10% from your fastest sprint, than it's time to finish...that could be 5 sprints or 20 sprints depending on the person

If you're doing it right, 15-20 minutes is all you'll need and/or be able to do.

No it would be too much.
15 minutes maximum.
