I'm getting ready to head back to college this fall and am trying to diet before I head back. In the past few weeks I've turned to chicken salads and wraps for lunch during work, but dinner has proven kind of difficult for me to figure out what to make.
I've been reading lots on this board, and I'm reaching different conclusions. I'm 19, 6'3", and 180 lbs. I'd like to gain muscle mass/weight, so I need to take in a high protein and higher then normal calorie intake. But I also would like to drop some small love handles I've developed and clean up stomach where fat has begun to accumulate.
I've started a strength training regimen 3x/week and cardio 2x/week, but I'm not sure on what I'm doing in most of efforts so far. I figure anything is better then how I was living before though, so I can only get better from here!
Any advice on what I should be eating? Advice for lunches during work? I can't make it home during break, and there's no refrigerator to leave food in, so are there any options that I can take with me that won't go bad and still be a healthy meal?
Any advice would be stellar.

goto diet forum and read sticky "read this before posting", as for working out...
Full body 3x per week and cardio 2x a week is good, although would suggest a 3rd myself.
full body, use compound exercises:
Swanso favours the waterbury method if you wanna check it out.
I like deadlifts, squats, lunges, bench press, bent rows, standing military presses for compound lifts. Try all on Barbells! do deads, squats and lunges on seperate days ie mon for one, wed for one and fri for one.
cheers
