what is better, a weight gainer or a whey protein powder
i workout regularly, and am looking to build muscle mass and put on weight.
i have a high metabolism and struggle to gain weight.
any response will be greatly appreciated

Whey Concentrate with Carbs, like Maltodexrin, or something along those lines.
Keep it simple, and keep it cheap, and you're alright.

depends on the rest of your calories...chances are you simply need to eat more

so on top of eating more, a whey protein powder would be better then a weight gainer?
any suggestions on cheap effective products?

well you should be having a protein shake after wt workouts anyway, but only then...just buy the biggest tub for the cheapest price, they're all the same really...and repeat, eat more...wt gainers are no better then reguaklr protein shakes and i'd rather you eat caloires then drink them
