I go into workout briefs....3-4 days, I eat good and if I miss one day, it's all over after that.
I cannot rely on workout partners, they always seem to fail me in one way or another.
I know a lot of different workouts and I know a lot about fitness. I stay reading fitness and other health information, so I basically know what to eat and what exercises to do, but I cannot stay motivated at all!!!!
I really need a personal trainer to push me to the limit. If I am in the gym and I workout, I feel ok about it, but I need help on how to stay motivated and not give up after a few days!!!!
someone help me!!!
lol

well it's really up to you to do it...
you say you know everything so a personal trainer would be a waste of cash...
there's nothing worse then when someone has all the tools to do something but is just too lazy to do it
anyway best tips would be to keep a detailed eating and training log everyday that has everything you eat and drink throughout the day with times and portion sizes if they vary as well as a written out training program (written our prior to workout) that leaves nothing to chance...if it's already written into your day then it may help

I agree. You need to rely on yourself for your fitness goals.
I don't know what your long-term goals are, but appears me your short-term plan is unrealistic. That is, if you are giving up on your eating plan and your workout plan after a few days, then you are trying to do to more than your current level of self-discipline will support. So you either need to work on your self-discipline, or set your short-term goals lower, or both. Obviously, doing an ambitious workout regimen and eating a very strict diet obviously doesn't do any good if you only do it for a few days and then quit.
So suggestion would be for you to start an eating plan that is not so strict and exercise plan that is not so rigorous. If you can make small changes to the way you eat, and if you can do moderate workouts say 3 times a week, and you can stick with those plans for maybe a month, then you get some confidence that you can really do this fitness thing. And then at that time, maybe you will decide you can go one notch stricter on your diet, or you can add a little more intensity to your exercise if you think you can handle it. If you want to exercise and eat well for life, then you need to figure out a way to do it so that your diet does not leave you constantly craving for more (of something), and your workouts are not drudgery. Otherwise, you'll never stick to it. Good luck!
Oh yeah, one more thing. You may want to build into your eating plan one day a week where you eat what you want, or something like that. That is, if you have a history of losing your motivation with respect to your eating, then it is very likely that that history will repeat itself, so build into your plan that you will allow yourself to "mess up" one day a week (or whatever), so that when that happens, you'll be OK with it, and just keep going.
