how can i tell
i think myself, that it is fat
but im not so sure

if you can pinch it "thinly" than it may be loose skin which tells me you may losing too much too soon...loose skin usually hangs more "freely" than fat does if you know what i mean...the way it hangs from the side on picture looks like some of it may be but not so much in the other...also stretch marks are a big indictaion of fast wt loss/gain or both

stretch marks are from fast weight gain, iv had them for awhile
and i think it is fat not skin

One function of Vitamin C is to help create Collagen in Bones, Teeth and Skin. You might find inceasing Vit C supplementally, might be beneficial, especially for immune system health.

Also extra Vitamin E might be an answer too, and you could try something like Cocoa Butter, possibly Coconut oil might work, or a produt called Bio-oil.

All such things, could possibly help to reduce Stretch Marks.

i am now, for cardio days, doing i think its called HIIT
90 sec of walking 30 sec sprinting for 20 mins

for cardio days do this:

5min warm up

1min @ 90%, 2mins @ 60%

5mins @ 30% (easier then warm up)

20mins @ 55%

3min cool down

week 1 perform this 3 times
week 2 x 4 times
week 3 x 5 times
week 4 x 6 times

im a little worried about the 20 min of 55%
i don't know if i can jog for 20 min
i might though
ill just see

btw how much can weight fluctuate in a day, like form morn to night

at least make it 10mins and 15 is better...if you read the article tou may just push yourself to do it

wt can flucuate drastically but it doesnlt matter..weigh yourslef once a aeek at the same time on the same day

Stretch marks are just battle scars, wear them proudly.
You'll never forget where you were and how far you've come whenever you look at them.

yeah they are battle wounds lol

i was jsut wondering about the fluctation
cause i was 227 sat morn and was 229 this morning
might be water and a good...um...poop.

i underestimated myself
i did all of the 20 mins
bad thing i did was stop for like less then 10 sec after the 2min at 60%
i cant believe i did this i am so proud of myself
might sound stupid but from what i came from its amazing to me
