Might be a normal diet for some, but doesn't make it healthy. 3 meals a day, Nope, not healthy regardless of how normal it may or may not be.
750 calories per day is not good for weight loss Pumma. Not being rude, but where did you hear that misguided advice. That could actually contribute to muscle loss, and actual Fat gains, by causing the body to hang onto Fat stores, (starvation mode).
That would possibly be an acceptable weight loss total, maybe for someone in the region of 6-10 years old approx, but not for anyone else, and not done with a 3 meals a day strategum, unless possibly Doctor approved for some reason, in conjunction with some kind of disease management programme.

ive herd of bad stories of people losing weight fast and it comes back
also i was wondering if u had a good idea of what weight i should stop at.
