i know, mate showed me that picture and i cudnt believe how much ive changed so quick, i seriously didnt think i had made much of an improvement at all. in terms of eating, ive just started eating more pastas, ill come home after gym and have pasta tuna and apple or another night have chichen and bacon pasta, i eat alot of chicken usually anyway. In terms of gym i go about 4 times a week. i do 3sets of 7 reps. Until recently i havent been able to do much cardio due to an ingrown toenail, but ill b doing that now as maybe an extra day at the gym. Im a little worried about putting on alot of body fat, since starting 3months ago, ive put on some , but i guess thats normal when bulking? im sure however that once i think ive got as big as i want to be, ill be just as motivated to cut off the fat and tone the body.swanso5 wrote:definately a difference...what eating/training you plan on doing?
food - go to diet section and read sticky "read beofre posting..."
training - the waterbury method by chad waterbury
for muscle gaining a 3:1 muscle to fat pound gain is as high as ou want to go
there's no point gettinf fat and muscley because the more fat you have to lose later, the more muscle you'll probably lose trying to do it

brilliant ill give it a good read, i used to have very little body fat i think thats the only reason why i am worried about having a little bit of fat, ill keep the cardio up tho and i shud continue to gain muscle with as little fat as possible. cheers swansoswanso5 wrote:food - go to diet section and read sticky "read beofre posting..."
