Mmm...brownies...I think I've learned to deal with the cravings.

I allow myself one cheat meal once a week. And if I want to drink on a Friday night with some friends, I'll skip the cheat meal and do the drinks instead.

Oh, yes I do the cheat meal every Friday night. Not an entire cheat day. Just dinner. I get hooked on certain foods and right now it is a grilled chicken grinder minus the mayo and butter (cannot go completely crazy) Spidniks which are potatoes with cheese and a chocolate chip cookie bar AND a brownie with icing. I look forward to that freaking meal all week. I have really been craving a chocolate layer cake with ice cream lately too. Stupid desert

I have a question...is it ok to marinate food?

I wanted to marinate some chicken in balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil, then grill.

Olive Oil is risky to cook, it would be better used after you cook, rather then during. You should also potentially look out for Extra Virgin, that's been cold pressed.

Thoughs factors should make your product better.
