calories burned.. is this right?

Post by m1s3ry »

I kept a log of the shoulder/back workout i did today..pretty simple routine
military press, 4 x 8,8,8,8
dumbbell front raises 3 x 8,8,8
lat pulldowns 3 x 8,8,8
single arm rows 3 x 8,8,8
cable rows 3 x 8,8,8
upright rows 3 x 8,8,8
shoulder press 3 x 10,8,8
decline situp 3 x 15,10,15
hanging knee-to-chin 2 x 20,20

anyway so i inputted the data into the workout planner thing, then went to the cardio section to input the cardio i did for the day, and then i looked at the exercise log for how many calories you burned in a day, and it said, from that workout, that i burned 3500 calories. is that actually even remotely possible, am i reading the chart wrong somehow, or what?

it says BMR is 3500.. is that correct also?
i weight 185, 5'11'', 19 years old
