need help

hello im 5 ft 3, 127 lbs, 18yrs old, the only equipment i have available is a jump-rope, a dumbbell weighing 23 lbs(weight is removable), a sand track at the park, pull up bars, parallel bars. i would like to tone down, increase cardio, speed, agility, and get lean look, not bulky. any help would be appreciated

workout 1
skipping x 3mins (increase 1min each week)
split squats/chin ups/push ups/inverted rows/prone ab brace all x 12 and time for brace

workout 2
skipping
reverse lunge/pull ups/handstand push ups/chest supported rows/side ab brace all x 12 and time for brace

alternete these on mon/wed/fri

tue/thu do sorints 5 x 50m inc reasing 1 set each week

for food go to diet section and read sticky "read before posting.."
