hello im 5 ft 3, 127 lbs, 18yrs old, the only equipment i have available is a jump-rope, a dumbbell weighing 23 lbs(weight is removable), a sand track at the park, pull up bars, parallel bars. i would like to tone down, increase cardio, speed, agility, and get lean look, not bulky. any help would be appreciated

tue/thu do sorints 5 x 50m inc reasing 1 set each week
