tuna, salmon help
Hey guys and gals,
can only eat so many tuna or salmon sandwhiches and pasta casserols, yes I used canned, the "real" stuff is expensive as hell so I go with what I can afford.
So here's what I need, more ideas with things to do with these, preferably with lower carbs.
also, legumes, beans etc. the dried ones, recipes? how to cook? I need protein.......lol
Cheers

You should have been transferred over Katie. I was. You should have a Fittracker account with the name Katiesuarez on it, because you probably have been using it, potentially to access the site, via the new integrated login.
I admit though, when the site got revamped weeks ago, I didn't use that login, until about a week afterwards
As I was already logged in with the old permanent system, I didn't have to use the FT.
Got it in favourites now though.
I'd check to see if you have a Katiesuarez ccount, on the FT. If you weren't actually using the FT before, to get board access, like I wasn't for a while, you might have not known you were probably transferred over, and could access the KS account you had from there.

I eat most meat, not big on lamb, never had liver, and from there its pretty easy.
Chicken, turkey, pork, beef, bison, dear, bear, moose, fish (not sardines yuck), shellfish, (hope I didn't forget any magor meat source lol.
Yeah, I'm pretty easy (don't tell anyone though)
I eat most fruits and alot of veggies.
I'm not a very picky eater.

Thanks Katie,
I tried a commercial hummus and hated it so not sure on this one, but the bean salad sounds really good. I was thinking of trying the salmon patties in the next couple of days, Question: can I use store bought bread crumbs that I have in the house, or does the recipe require fresh to turn out?
