HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training. Like Sprints, few seconds REALLY intense to do the 50meters then 30 seconds rest. This si the interval. That's only an example because I love Sprints. You can do too

Fast running 2 minutes, jogging 1 minutes for 5 cycles.
Sprints 50Meters, walk back to start point then sprint again for 5-10 times don't ever exceed 15 minutes. Increase intensity instead.

Good luck and keep us update !
Ahh thought it meant that!

Cheers for everything, i will keep you updated and hopefully get some before and after pictures together if all goes well enough!

uif your new to all this then search "your body is a barbell" and do that instead...wts will be no good to you at this stage, plus your db's are far to light to progress in any sort of way

First day of training done.

Enjoying it so far, the dumbells are fine, not too light and not too heavy, i had to up the reps on a few exercises and i added some curls in aswell.

I also lowered the chin-up reps as i can barely do 5 let alone 3 sets of 5, but i'll develop this over time.

I can feel myself progressing with this workout and the weights i have, but i'll get a new picture up at the end of the month maybe and ill tell you what i think.

No curls, never curls lol you will just make your biceps more tired for nothing and waste precious recovery time.

For chin-Ups if 5 is hard, do something like 5 sets of 5.

Keep us update ! and to see significant progress let you at least 2-3 months.

NO NOT ADD IN ANYTHING, EXERCISES OR REPS

for chins the total is 15 reps so do as many as needed to reach 15 and decrease over time
