Just reading that other topic on alcohol and I was jsut wondering... if people get beer guts and put on weight from drinking how do I lose so much?? I'm not talking about puking guts out and losing some weight. I'm tlaking about just getting drunk, not puking or passing out. When I do this I can sometimes lose as much as 3-5 pounds and look noticibly smaller the next day. Why??
Also I get drunk pretty much at least once every weekend and on the days I work out then get drunk I feel noticably more stiff the next day. By getting drunk am I depriving body of the ability to recover from the tearing done to muscles during the workout?
Alcohol makes me loss weight...
