How to Log Curves circuit workout???

Post by Ailina »

Does anyone know how I could log the exercises from Curves (a women's circuit training) all at once on the journal? I would hate to log every single one on the journal, as it is going to be time-consuming. Any ideas? :?:

That's the problem with the Curves program, the weight for each machine is fixed. So basically after she becomes efficient at the circuit, it's game over. Also the time is fixed, with a bell to cue when to move onto the next machine.
Rather than log your circuit (since it will not change while you are at Curves), you'd be better off logging your food intake (try fitday.com) and your measurements with before and after pics. It will give you something tangible to measure your progress with.
And the minute that that circuit gets easy, that the weight is not a challenge anymore, get into a gym where you can work with progressive resistance. Curves can turn into an aerobics routine very quickly.

maybe log your reps for each one doing 1 more rep at least each exercise each session...the more work you can do in the same time for better
