Measuring Early Gain

Post by chownsie »

Having gained almost a stone since starting programme, I am interested to know if anyone has any tips to measure this as I'm unsure if I have in fact gained muscle or more fat!!!

eating habits have changed and I am trying to eat 6 small meals a day but lead a hectic lifestyle and cannot always manage it at work etc.

Also could me erratic eating plan make the body hold on to fat?

a waist measurement works alrite...looking in the mirror is probably beetter looking for shape and shade where there wasn't before...unless you buy some scales with % on it...a water % would be better in thst case

Waist measurement is a good one, although it can be a bit off, since we can't hold the tape measure exactly the same each time. Do you belong to a gym? You could ask a trainer to perform a body fat test.
