I'm about 190 and 5'11. I just started working out recently.
I need help knowing what to do for starters i guess? I want to get chest, arms & stomach toned. Anyone have any good advice? Please let me know.

If you want muscles, MUSCLES. you need to train every muscles groups, compounds exercises, heavy loads.
You need a really solid diet too, listen to Swanso advices and you're on your way.
Well I don't want t be "big" just toned.
legs are fine. I used to skate, so there not whimpy. All I need for now is stomach and upper body. :].
