search the following exercises for a most adequate workout:

legs - bulgarian split squats...king deadlifts...aeroplanes
chest - feet levated push ups
back - inverted rows...chin ups...pull ups
shoulders - handstand push ups
tri's - bodyweight tricep extensions

these are all bodyweight exercises

how much have you got to use? is it challenging enough for you?

Well i havea bench i have like 150 lbs total weights to use. from what u had said before in a diffrent post that i had platued so yea id say i could use more weight ive been working out for like 4 months and ive noticed progress in bi's tri's and chest and have been doing calf raises and running when i get the chance. You said before about being 30 with a 50 yr old body. so im tryingto do legs back and shoulders now. Should i drop the tri's bi's and chest completely or do a little hear and there to keep them toned?

thanks i really apreeciate you takin time to help me out.

maybe leave out for 3 - 4 weeks and give the others to catch up...try and get strength equal for chest supported row and incline press as well as getting pull up numbers up
