consecutive days

Post by thedyzzle »

i've been trying different kinds of workout styles lately.
newest one is working lower abs, middle chest, and triceps on one day, and then mid and upper abs, upper chest, and biceps on the day after that. on the third day, i rest, and start over on the 4th day.
i know that many exercises that work, for example, the middle chest, also work the upper chest. this way, it would be difficult to work out both on consecutive days, especially if you were sore from the previous day.
so should i get over the soreness? or is this just a bad routine.
the other thing i was thinking was the same thing, but move the rest day between 'workout a' and workout b.' i just wanted to hear what other people have to say about it...
thanx

Hey I would like to have a larger space between chest and a stronger thicker upper chest.

Seriously, if you are the guys on the avatar, first things : eat, before I even start training I was bigger.

Second things, Compounds exercises over shitty isolation.

Third, 3 times a week Full body workout, only compounds exercises. Do the Waterbury method DO AS WRITTEN don't add or remove things.

LOL, lower abs ?, middle and upper ? AHAH it's a luck for you that you are not posting in T-Nation's forum or you would get flamed ...

And doing BB curls + Bench Press on machine + crunchs + reverse crunchs won't make you bigger ... But they will make you waste a nice amount of time tough.
