five or six meals

i would like to know is it realy that important for me to eat five or six meals a day for some reason i'm really having a hard time even eating three meals right know

yes it is.. doing this you'll basically eat to be content and then eat again when your hungry...if you have 3 big meals than you'll fulfill your immediate energy needs but also have more than you need so you'll get "spill over" which stores as fat...if you're having 3 big meals than cut them in half and make them 5 - 6...it's all about preperation too

Eating small meals throughout that day speeds your metabolism and aids in burning calories and fat. But it's important that your meals consists of the right foods. Stay away from white rice and white bread, refined sugar, carbs and processed food. These foods will cause your blood sugar to SPIKE and in one hour you will be hungry again.
You need to stick with whole,unprocessed grains, fruits, vegetables and lean protein like Poultry, Turkey, Bison, Salmon and baby beef liver.
Meat should not be the main part of your meal, fruits and vegetables should always be the most of what you are eating. These foods deliver glucose to your blood system slower and gives you energy for hours to come.

When I was on bulk, and I still kind of am I'm just slowly lowering cals...but when I was bulking hardcore I would eat about 8 a day.
