A Partially separated Shoulder has sidelined me for two months. Now it's been determined that surgery is needed. In the meantime does anyone have any strength training workouts I can do other than legs that won't further damage Shoulder. So far it seems like shoulder comes into play for any upperbody workout I attempt.
if surgery is needed, than stick to legs unless you can get some clearence from your doctor to do anything...ask him about isometric training or partial rep training and if that would work...other than that, you've just got to wait i suppose
