NitroTech Hardcore Powder

Post by egooder »

So just started taking this stuff and have heard some good things about it. Has anyone else taken this product and if so how often did you take it a day. And did you see the results that you were looking for from the product. Thanks for any information.

You won't hear good things about it here.

1. Nitrotech is Muscletech.

2. Nitrotech is pricey, and not worth the money.

3. Nitrotech is just Protein powder with a bit of Creatine in it, when I last checked.

4. Most products like pack a measly 2g Creatine per scoop, and even if you take 5g supplementla creatine, unless you're at least 170-180lbs you'll struggle with Creatine to get good results.

The less you weigh, and the less strength you have, the less Creatine will be likely to work, so don't be fooled by magazine articles claiming some 220lb Juicer gets 40-50lb more bench press off crap like Celltech, (Muscletech again), or listen to big guys telling you something works for them, becasue if you're not a big guy, some supps won't work that well for you, because someone who weighs 150lb for example, won't get anything close to 40lb extra Bench Press, and taking supplements with a piffling 2-3g Creatine per scoop, isn't worth your time, and money.

I'd suggest going with a good Protein and Carb supp. Get a bog standard Concentrate, with something like Maltodextrin, Palatinose, possibly Glucomannan, and then when you're a good level of build, if you're not already, like say 170-175lb's, buy freeform Creatine, and stack 1 scoop with your shake after workouts.

Right now you're paying over the odds for a product, that will give you little better, (if at all), results than a cheap effective Whey and Carb mix.

Let's say a 150 lb guy decides to take Creatine though, would there still be any sign of results?

Yes, of course, but if you ever see a Creatine review in one of those iffy mags, by a big Juicer, claiming what bigger Bench lifts he got off it, a 150lb guy won't.

I started using Creatine within first year. I was naive, (but quite a bit heavier than 150), and I was trying to substitute for other things, like Protein powders and food, as I wasn't making as much £££ back then, but I chose to take it firts thing, and I did get results, but not good ones.

We're talking about 4lbs more on Bench. Could have gottne a bit more in hindsight I reckon, taking it after workouts, but I don't think it would have made much difference. I noticed more power when I was doing a it of boxing, but I canned it.

I used it becasue compared to powders, it lasted about 3 times longer and cost about 50% more, so it looked like more financial sense, but it was inexperienced folly, and I learned a lesson from it.

Same lesson with HMB, but that's a different story, for another time mayhap.

I can't say never ever take Creatine, as safe use should never cause a problem, except with someone who might have Kidney issues, or an underlying Kidney problem, like Hemonaturea, or Xanthinuria as examples, or unless the person takes those with 10g per scoop, as I don't think 10g per scoop Creatines long-term, are healthy.

the progressive overload thing will easily provide better gains than creatine can, ecspecially if you're only 150pds...you've got plenty of potential to fulfill naturally before any supp's will be required
