i just had one more question
ive been running alot more these days during workouts and i never ever used to, and now legs are soar. Is that normal? should i skip a day? because i think i need to today, they're hurting! but ill get back at it tomorrow
Is this eating plan okay?

As for running... You've got to be careful with lots of running as its really not the best on your body and can lead to overuse injuries.
You said your legs are sore... is it in the muscles or in the joints/bones/tendons/ligaments? How often have you been running? If I were you I wouldn't do it more than 2-3 times a week and then do weights about 3 times a week. :)
