Help with counting your carbs , protein and fat

Post by kapet »

Hi everyone .
I was wondering if there was a book available or a place on this site that I can go to and get some info for counting your carbs , protein and fat :?: ?
I'm a pretty picky eater and need a book that I can use to check out what favorite foods have for carbs , protein ,etc . Any help with this would be greatly appreciated .
Cheers , Kirk .

friend uses this site and really likes....

http://www.sparkpeople.com

You can also just go your local bookstore... they have tons of books out there that have nutrition info. I don't have any specific names but the last time I went to the bookstore I saw several there. :)

Hope this helps.

Yeah, the library is a good option also! I tend to not do well with libraries as I always want to keep the books for future reference.... they tend to get a little P.O'd at me when I decide to keep their books. :)

If I did I don't think a health and fitness forum would be the appropriate place to give them. Too many virgin ears and eyes around. :)
