Looking for 'organic' supplements

Post by littleparr »

Does anyone know of any protein supplement powder and bars that don't contain artificial sweeteners like aspartame, acesulfame-potassium, splenda, etc that would be effective and good to take?

Read the label if no, you can look on Internet.

You might try going down to your local natural health food store. They usually have stuff like this. There are tons of products out there... you'll just have to go and shop around and (like Chris said) read some labels. Aren't Luna, SoyJoy, Odwalla, and Kashi pretty much all natural? Not positive on this one as I don't eat those things. You might be better off staying away from protein bars as they tend to have either a lot of sugar or a lot of fake sugar and chemicals in them... neither of which you really need in your diet. When you do have sugar you'd be best getting it from fruit (fructose) as thats not processed and its yuuuuuuuummmmmmmy! Having some fruit and protein or veggies and protein would probably be a better option than supplement bars. These can be organic and they contain no artifical sweeteners. :)
